White label
White label cold email platform: your brand, a workspace per client
A white label cold email platform lets an agency run outreach for clients under its own name. In Dooxout every client gets a workspace, your brand profile carries your name, logo, colors and domain through the console, emails and reports, and the agency pays and sets a budget per client. One part cannot be rebranded: the Google or Microsoft consent screen shows the platform name.
What white label covers
The brand profile holds a name, logo, colors and fonts, a custom domain, a tracking domain, the email footer, a support contact and an option to hide the vendor name. This is where it shows up.
| Touchpoint | Your brand | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Console | Yes | Your name, logo, colors and fonts, on your own domain. |
| Emails | Yes | The email footer and your support contact. |
| Unsubscribe page | Yes | Shown under your brand. |
| PDF client reports | Yes | Read-only reports you can share with a client. |
| Tracking domain | Yes | A tracking domain of your own. |
| MCP server name | Yes | The name and description a client agent sees. |
| Google or Microsoft consent screen | No | It shows the platform app name, not yours. |
A workspace for every client
An agency account holds one workspace per client. Each has its own sending domains, mailboxes, leads, campaigns, suppression list, budget and policy. A conservative setup for one client never touches another. Limits live on the server, so they apply the same way to your team, to a built-in agent and to an agent connected over MCP.
Roles for your team and your clients
People get the access they need and nothing more, and you can limit a person to specific sending domains.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner and admin | Manage users, roles, per-domain access, brand and budgets. |
| Manager | Start, pause, resume and stop campaigns. |
| Operator | Build campaigns, import and verify leads, work the inbox. |
| Client viewer | Read reports of their own workspace. |
| Client approver | Sign off actions that need approval. |
The agency pays and sets the budgets
The agency account is the payer. Domains, mailboxes, leads and agent tokens used in a client workspace are counted per workspace and charged to you.
- Set an overall cap and a budget per client. A reached budget blocks that client's next paid action, not the sending of what is already paid.
- Export spend by client and by category as CSV. You get one invoice with a line per client.
- Clients see their own consumption, in units and in money, only if you switch that on. They do not see platform prices or your margin.
- Billing clients is up to you. Resale happens outside the platform.
The billing units are explained on pricing.
Client reports and one inbox per client
Reports count what was sent, delivered, replied and spent. Share them as read-only PDFs under your brand. Replies from email and messenger channels land in that client's inbox, sorted by intent.
Agents that work for each client
- The built-in SDR agent proposes a plan, a lead search and a sequence at the autonomy level you set. Read how AI outbound sales works.
- Your own agent connects over the email MCP server with a token that has its own scopes and budget.
- Automations run in Zapier or Make. See integrations.
White label software for outbound, not a general marketing suite
If you are looking for white label software or white label marketing automation software, note the scope. Dooxout is white label for outbound: leads, sequences across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram, mailboxes, one inbox and reports. It is not a general marketing suite. Infrastructure setup for each client is covered on cold email infrastructure, and sending health on email deliverability.
Honest limits of white label
- Consent screens. The Google and Microsoft sign-in shows the platform app name. SMTP and IMAP avoid it.
- Channel accounts. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and mailbox providers can restrict accounts that send cold messages. Our limits are conservative defaults, not a guarantee.
- Responsibility. You own the lists you upload and the accounts you connect, and you need a legal basis to contact the people on them. The platform warns and recommends, and you decide.
- Suppression. Addresses that unsubscribe or complain are suppressed in that workspace, and no one can switch that off.

White label questions
What is a white label cold email platform?
It is cold email software an agency runs under its own name. Clients see the agency brand on the console, emails, unsubscribe page and reports, and never need to know which platform sits underneath.
Can my clients log in at my own domain?
Yes. The brand profile holds a custom domain for the console and a tracking domain, and the interface takes your name, logo, colors and fonts.
Does the Google or Microsoft sign-in show my brand?
No. When a client connects a mailbox with the sign-in button, the provider's consent screen shows the platform app name. A client who prefers to avoid that can connect the mailbox over SMTP and IMAP.
Who pays for client workspaces?
The agency. Each client workspace spends from your account under its own budget, and clients need no payment method on the platform. How you charge clients happens outside the platform. See pricing.
How are clients kept separate from each other?
Each client has its own workspace with separate domains, mailboxes, leads, campaigns, suppression list, budget and policy, and the server enforces caps and approvals per workspace.
