Integrations

Plugs into the stack you already run

Dooxout connects to the tools a cold email team already runs: a REST API and an MCP server for developers and AI agents, HubSpot and Pipedrive for CRM, Slack and Calendly for alerts and meetings, Zapier and Make for automation, and Gmail, Outlook, SMTP, IMAP and Amazon SES for mailboxes. Every connection runs under the same server-enforced limits as the console.

Cold email integrations by group

API, webhooks and MCP

The REST API manages campaigns and leads and reads results with an access token. Tokens carry a scope (read, write, provision or spend), and changes accept idempotency keys so a retry does not repeat an action. Signed webhooks with retries and replay announce a reply received, a message sent or bounced, a campaign status change, mailbox health, an approval request and a policy violation. For agents, see the email MCP server quickstart.

Mailboxes and sending: Gmail, Outlook, SMTP, IMAP and Amazon SES

Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 with a sign-in button, or any server over SMTP and IMAP. Passwords and keys are stored encrypted. For Amazon SES, you connect your own account, and SparkPost and Elastic Email work the same way.

The platform recommends the domains and mailboxes it provisions for cold outreach, because they come with caps by mailbox age, auto-freeze and a deliverability check. On your own mailboxes or SES you can send any list after a warning and a one-time confirmation that is written to the audit log. There is no warm-up network: new mailboxes start with low caps that rise slowly.

CRM: HubSpot and Pipedrive

Keep contacts and reply outcomes in step. The connection signs in with OAuth, syncs contacts in both directions, writes replies and statuses to the deal, maps fields and keeps a log with retries.

Slack, Telegram and Calendly

Get alerts about replies and approvals in Slack or Telegram, so a person can react quickly. With Calendly or Cal.com, a booked meeting updates the lead’s status and stops the sequence, which gives you a meeting count next to replies.

Zapier and Make

Start workflows from replies and campaign events. In Zapier, triggers use webhooks, and actions can add a lead to a list, start or pause a campaign, add an address to suppression or send a manual reply. A lead search is available too. Make uses a custom app on the same endpoints.

LinkedIn, WhatsApp and deliverability checks

Connect your own LinkedIn or WhatsApp account through a hosted sign-in, so Dooxout does not store your LinkedIn password. Daily and weekly caps depend on the account type, and new accounts ramp up. Platforms can restrict accounts that send cold messages, so our limits are conservative defaults, not a guarantee.

Before a launch, each sending mailbox can send the first email to DeliverProbe, which checks authentication, content, blocklists and placement. A bad result blocks the launch by default. A person with the right can launch anyway, with the reason recorded. An agent cannot.

Integration questions

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, any SMTP and IMAP server, and Amazon SES for sending. Google and Microsoft mailboxes connect with a sign-in button, so you do not hand over an app password.

Does Dooxout send my mail through its own Amazon SES account?

No. For Amazon SES cold email or any other SES sending, you connect your own account. The platform warns you about the provider's rules, applies the same caps and auto-pause, and you confirm once that you take responsibility.

Do integrations get around my limits?

No. The API, MCP, Zapier and Make all go through the same server-side policy as the console. Caps, budgets and approvals apply to every call, and suppression of unsubscribed addresses applies to all of them.

Can an AI agent use these integrations?

Yes. An agent connected over the email MCP server works with the same leads, campaigns and inbox that your CRM and automations see, inside the role and domain access of its token.
