For agencies

Run cold outreach for every client, under your brand

Run your cold email agency from one platform: every client gets a separate workspace with its own budget, domains, policy and inbox, under your brand. An AI agent works inside each client's limits, and you pay from one account.

What an agency gets

Client workspaces

Each client gets a separate workspace with its own budget, domains and policy. One client's mistakes never touch another's reputation.

Roles

Give your team and your clients the access they need: operators who run campaigns, viewers who read reports and approvers who sign off.

Your brand

Logo, colours and your own domain, so clients log in at your address.

Client reports

Shareable, read-only, white-label reports: sent, delivered, replied and spent, counted and not estimated.

Per-client limits

Caps, budgets and approvals are set per workspace and enforced by the server, including for the agent you connect over MCP.

One inbox per client

Replies from every mailbox and channel land in that client's inbox, sorted by intent.

Messenger platforms and mailbox providers can restrict accounts that send cold messages. Limits are conservative defaults, not a guarantee. See security and pricing.

Client workspaces for cold email for agencies

An agency account holds one workspace per client. Each has its own sending domains, mailboxes, leads, campaigns, suppression list, budget and policy, so a conservative setup for one client never touches another. Limits live on the server, so they apply the same way to your team and to any agent connected over MCP.

Roles and per-client access

People get the access they need and no more, and you can restrict a person to specific sending domains.

White label: your brand on every touchpoint

A white label cold email setup only works if clients never see someone else's name. Your brand profile holds name, logo, colours and fonts, a custom domain, a tracking domain, the email footer, your support contact and an option to hide the vendor name. It applies to the console, emails, the unsubscribe page, PDF reports and the MCP server name.

One honest limit

When a client connects a Google or Microsoft mailbox with the sign-in button, that provider's consent screen shows the platform's app name, not yours. Clients who prefer to avoid that can connect the mailbox over SMTP and IMAP instead. The full list of touchpoints is on the white label cold email platform page.

Billing: the agency pays

The agency account is the payer. Domains, mailboxes, leads and agent tokens used in a client workspace are counted per workspace and charged to you, so clients need no payment method on the platform.

  • Set an overall cap and a budget per client. A reached budget blocks that client's next paid action, not the sending of what is already paid.
  • Export spend by client and category as CSV. You get one invoice with a line per client.

Billing units are explained on pricing.

Reports and inbox for each client

Reports count what was sent, delivered, replied and spent, and you can share them as read-only white-label PDFs. Replies from email and messengers arrive in that client's inbox, sorted by intent.

Agents that work for your clients

  • The built-in SDR agent proposes a plan, a lead search and a sequence at the autonomy level you set.
  • Your own agent connects over the email MCP server with a token that has its own scopes and budget.
  • Automations run in Zapier or Make, see integrations.

The SDR agent recommends domains and mailboxes and never buys them. The first campaign needs a person's approval.

Responsibility stays with you

The platform warns and recommends, and you decide. You own the lists you upload and the accounts you connect, and you need a legal basis to contact the people on them. Addresses that unsubscribe or complain are suppressed in that workspace in every channel, and no one can switch that off.

Read security and data handling, see the comparisons and blog, or return to the home page.

Agency questions

Can I white label cold email with Dooxout?

Yes. The console, emails, unsubscribe page and PDF reports can carry your name, logo, colours and domain. One limit: the Google or Microsoft sign-in screen for connecting a mailbox shows the platform's app name, not yours.

Who pays for client workspaces?

The agency. Each client workspace spends from your account under its own budget. How you charge clients happens outside the platform. See pricing.

How do I keep one client's mistake from hurting another?

Every client has a separate workspace with its own domains, mailboxes, budget, policy and suppression list, and the server enforces caps and approvals per workspace.

Can my clients see platform prices or my margin?

No. They see their own consumption, in units and in money, only if you switch that on.
