Smartlead and Dooxout are both built for high-volume cold email and for agencies. This page compares what each one states publicly: prices, limits, mailboxes, white label, MCP and how to move a list across. Every Smartlead fact comes from its own pages, listed under Sources.
Neither tool fits everyone. Read both lists and see which describes you.

There is no one-click import from Smartlead. A move is a CSV export, an import, a mailbox reconnection and a rebuild of your sequences. For a small account it is an afternoon of work.
suppression.add). Suppression is always on in Dooxout.No. Dooxout has no importer for Smartlead campaigns. You export your lead lists as CSV, import them, and rebuild the sequences. An agent connected over MCP can help rebuild them, and a person approves the first campaign.
Not for mailboxes you connect from outside. The sending volume of your plan is the limit. Mailboxes and domains you buy through Dooxout are billed separately. Smartlead states unlimited email accounts on every plan.
Yes, according to its help center, and it connects through Claude Desktop. Dooxout's MCP server works with any client that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP. The limits an agent works under are enforced on the Dooxout server and the agent cannot change them. We did not find that described on Smartlead pages.
Smartlead sells white label as a $29 add-on per client workspace per month and includes 3 client workspaces on its Unlimited Prime plan. Dooxout includes 3 client workspaces and white label in the Agency plan and charges EUR 24 a month for each extra workspace. See agencies and pricing.
